The Sacred Practices of
Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, & Sound Healing

Retreat into deeply experiencing peace and contentment. Mindfulness, purpose, intention/sankalpa, and grace often result from the practices of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Yoga Nidra, or “psychic sleep,” will be taught within a series of energetically-aligned postures to maintain an optimal brain wave state for nidra while also opening and healing the body so that this deeply meditative practice can be comfortably sustained for an optimal experience.
Especially if meditation has been challenging for you in the past, these silent and guided meditation practices may resonate deeply with you. Our time together will include 4 practices in restorative yoga/yoga nidra and a sankalpa/intention workshop. Paired with soaking in the natural beauty of Breitenbush, you will leave restored in clarity and presence.

Logistics
3 Days & 2 nights at Breitenbush Hot Springs. Our retreat begins Friday and ends Sunday and is offered annually at Breitenbush. Breitenbush is a beautiful retreat center and Hot Springs located in a wilderness area outside of Detroit Oregon. This retreat center is off the grid, surrounded by nature paths, natural hot springs, a sauna and spa services, and is all inclusive - serving yummy organic and vegetarian/vegan meals. Package Prices include all meals, tea, 4 practices and 1 workshop, 2 nights lodging, and use of hot springs and steam sauna (*shared pricing is for those willing to share lodging space with one other person - please email us to let us know your roommate preference, if you have one):

Bring Your Own Tent (BYOT) - Single $407/Shared* $357
Each Bring Your Own Tent site will accommodate one tent. These sites do not have fire pits, fires are not allowed. Bring a warm sleeping bag and enjoy all the warmth of hot springs, steam sauna, friendship, and yummy yoga practices. |

Personal Vehicle Site - Single $407/Shared* $357
Personal Vehicle sites accommodate a truck with camper or a camper van of up to 21 feet in total length for in-vehicle sleeping. These sites are not meant for tow-behind trailers. There are no hookups and no running of generators allowed. BB Platform Tent - Single $467/Shared* $417 Enjoy the ease of our Platforms Tents. Nine by nine foot tents already set up for you on a wooden platform, surrounded by part of the forest that remains green after recent wildfires. Each tent comes with two twin-sized foam camp mattresses. Aviary Tent - Single $567/Shared* $462 The Aviary offers canvas tent-cabins named after birds from the Pacific Northwest nestled in the forest. Each tent-cabin has one full-size bed, nightstand, cafe table and chairs, plus a table on the covered porch. Up to two twin camping mats can be added to the room upon request. Currently SOLD-OUT but we have been told by BB that we will, likely, get more. Please let Lia know if you'd like to be upgraded, if that happens. |

- If you cancel your reservation 17 days or more before your arrival date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded to you.
- If you cancel your reservation 14-16 days before your arrival date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be placed on a credit for Flow Studio (not for BB), valid for two years.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your arrival date, no refund will be issued. BB will charge us the entire amount for your stay, so our hands are tied here.
Lora & StephanieStephanie Adams Ruff, ERYT 500, has over 25 years of experience teaching, and leading teacher trainings. Her inspiration lies in yoga as a life practice to heal and transform creating a ground of love and equanimity.
Lora Munn, RYT 200, is a heart-centered yogini who is naturally gifted at creating space for opening and healing. |
