Sunray Shire RetreatThis summer retreat is held on Stephanie's family's 100 year ancestral property in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Skagit Valley. Her Uncle Sunray has transformed this land into a magical experience. Lodging will be in cabins, gypsy wagons and the incredible Garden House created by Sunray's internationally renowned natural building and artistry skills. This retreat is led by Dawn and Stephanie.
Our time together will include yoga practices (asana is optional) within an intentional circle of cedar trees, hydrotherapy (sauna or sun and cold plunges), hikes, forest bathing, and relaxing. |

Music Magnificence and YogaPrior to the pandemic and the fire, this retreat was offered annually for 10 years in Early March: 3 Days & 2 Nights at Breitenbush with Stephanie Adams & Steve Gold. For now, this retreat is on hold. We hope to be offering it again at Breitenbush in 2025!

Destination RetreatsWe host two or more week-long yoga retreats locally, nationally, and internationally each year. We have led retreats in Hood River, India, Bali, Sayulita & Baja, Mexico, Portugal, Maui, Lake Geneva, and Italy. These retreats often offer CE or RYT300/500 Teacher Training hours. The teacher training hours are an additional study option for those who already have their 200-hour YTT.
