Please bring any additional mats, blankets, and pillows that you have to add maximum comfort for your practice. The studio is equipped with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. No yoga experience necessary.
Sound Baths are, usually, offered the first Sunday of each month from 7-8 pm:

Last in-studio Sound Bath until fall, but Gail and Angel will be offering Sound Baths at Pear Bloom Farm for Summer Solstice and another one in September
