Flow is a community co-created to support each other's unfolding truth in each moment. Stephanie often says, "the teacher and the taught together create the teaching." At Flow, Yoga teaches us that we do not come together merely to heal the body or to watch each other do fancy poses. Your entire being and the energy we share together creates the yogic experience. Our classes are not about how many cool poses an instructor can do... they are about the connection to something more than that. To seeing and experiencing reality as it is. Once we "get" that into our entire being, the poses just flow inspired from our bodies, breath, minds and hearts exactly as they are meant to in that moment. When we experience true Yoga it can be amazingly pure, deep, and joyful, and sometimes even exquisitely heart breaking.
We offer a variety of yoga from slow, gentle therapeutic classes to powerful, athletic classes. All Yoga Classes are 60-75 Minutes and there is something here for every body. We have some of the most talented, devoted, connected, and highly-educated yoga instructors in the country.

These classes are good options for beginners, those recovering from injuries (with your doctor's permission, of course), diverse body types, pregnant women, or active aging populations. These classes slow down the pace, focusing on breath, mobility, and awareness. These classes will help support strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment - incorporating therapeutic techniques, longer holds, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Gentle Flow - A gentle movement, mindfulness, and breath practice. We begin with a breathing meditation, and then enjoy a body balancing and awakening gentle flow. Finally, we end our practice with 20-30 min of restorative postures. Great for all levels of experience.
Slow Flow - In this Hatha flow class, we establish a balancing ujjayi breath and then move mindfully with the wholeness of our breath. This accessible class is a good option for all levels.
These active asana classes focus on breath, presence and awareness first. We offer a unique blend of Hatha Vinyasa yoga proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Our signature classes often incorporate kriyas, fluid and repeated movements on the breath. You will be given options in each pose so that you can feel challenged, yet successful. Focus will be on breath with an emphasis on connecting deeply to your own inner guide. Many of our Flow classes are beginner-intermediate friendly for those that are comfortable modifying and exploring options.
Tempo Flow is a dynamic, tempo-based, yoga conditioning class. Think yoga, barre, and functional strength conditioning fusion taught to music! These fun, community-focused, and joint-friendly classes will allow you to find just the right intensity for you!
Hot Power Flow is an active, flowing, vinyasa style class with an emphasis on connecting deeply to your own inner guru to guide you through challenging sequences and balancing poses. Practiced in a warm environment, this class focuses on opening the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening core and upper body. This one hour class is energizing, super fun, and suitable for intermediate practitioners.
