Hood River Weekly Schedule
The Dalles Weekly Schedule
Flow is a community co-created to support each other's unfolding truth in each moment. Stephanie often says, "the teacher and the taught together create the teaching." At Flow, Yoga teaches us that we do not come together merely to heal the body or to watch each other do fancy poses. Your entire being and the energy we share together creates the yogic experience. Our classes are not about how many cool poses an instructor can do... they are about the connection to something more than that. To seeing and experiencing reality as it is. Once we "get" that into our entire being, the poses just flow inspired from our bodies, breath, minds and hearts exactly as they are meant to in that moment. When we experience true Yoga it can be amazingly pure, deep, and joyful, and sometimes even exquisitely heart breaking.

We offer a variety of yoga from slow, gentle therapeutic classes to powerful, athletic classes.
All Yoga Classes are 60-75 Minutes and there is something here for every body. We have some of the most talented, devoted, connected, and highly-educated yoga instructors in the country.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow classes on our schedule can be great for beginners, rehabbing injuries, diverse body types, pregnant women, or older populations. These classes slow down the pace, focusing on breath, mobility, and awareness. Instructors will guide students through poses while emphasizing "listening" to their own body and choosing to modify as needed. Classes will help support strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment - incorporating therapeutic techniques, longer holds,  pranayama (breath work), and meditations.  Connect with the restoring health benefits of yoga in these Gentle and Mindful classes:
  • Restorative/Yoga Nidra
  • Gentle Flow, Slow Flow, & Qi Flow
  • Flow (For those comfortable modifying, many of our "Flow" classes are beginner friendly)

 Flow Yoga

These active asana classes focus on breath, presence and awareness first. We offer a unique blend of Hatha Vinyasa yoga proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Our signature classes often incorporate Kriyas, fluid and repeated movements on the breath. You will be given options in each pose so that you can feel challenged, yet successful.  Focus will be on alignment and breath with an emphasis on connecting deeply to your own inner guru to guide and enliven you through flowing asana sequences and balancing options. Many of our Flow classes are beginner-intermediate friendly for those that are comfortable modifying and listening to their own inner guide.
  • Flow, Qi Flow, Slow Flow

Power Flow Classes

Power yoga can be a great workout for those that want to challenge their strength, flexibility, and yoga stamina. Inspired by vinyasa, and Baptiste classes, our more advanced classes move quickly on the breath while offering opportunities to explore more challenging inversions and balancing postures. Expect to break a sweat in these classes with our energizing instructors and music. It is recommended to be comfortable in an intermediate Flow class prior to attending, and to know your own limits when exploring more challenging postures. Our Hot Classes are heated to 90 degrees, the maximum recommended temperature to warm the body with reduced risk of heat-related injury.
