Flow is a community co-created to support each other's unfolding truth in each moment. Stephanie often says, "the teacher and the taught together create the teaching." At Flow, Yoga teaches us that we do not come together merely to heal the body or to watch each other do fancy poses. Your entire being and the energy we share together creates the yogic experience. Our classes are not about how many cool poses an instructor can do... they are about the connection to something more than that. To seeing and experiencing reality as it is. Once we "get" that into our entire being, the poses just flow inspired from our bodies, breath, minds and hearts exactly as they are meant to in that moment. When we experience true Yoga it can be amazingly pure, deep, and joyful, and sometimes even exquisitely heart breaking.
We offer a variety of yoga from slow, gentle therapeutic classes to powerful, athletic classes. Yoga Classes are usually 60-75 Minutes (45 min noon option, as well) and there is something here for every body. We have some of the most talented, devoted, connected, and highly-educated yoga instructors in the country.

These classes are good options for beginners, those recovering from injuries (with your doctor's permission, of course), diverse body types, pregnant women, or active aging populations. These classes slow down the pace, focusing on breath, mobility, and awareness. These classes will help support strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment - incorporating therapeutic techniques, longer holds, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Connect with the restoring health benefits of yoga in these Gentle and Mindful classes:
Gentle Flow - A gentle movement, mindfulness, and breath practice. We begin with a breathing meditation, and then enjoy a body balancing and awakening gentle flow. Finally, we end our practice with 20-30 min of restorative postures. Great for all levels of experience.
Hatha Flow - An accessible class for every body. We slow things down to truly move with a complete ujjayi breath, so that our movement becomes mindful and meditative while accessing the flow state. This class is great for beginners while also offering the challenge of slow pacing with lots of options for experienced practitioners.
Yin/Restorative/Recovery - Experience deeply relaxing stretches and blissful presence. We begin with a meditative breath and easy movement to relax and soothe the nervous system. No yoga or meditation experience required. Beginners and all ages welcome.
Candlelit Restorative - Sunday evening deep slow down practice. The foundation of this practice is meditative restoration. Some classes we will be adding in modalities like sound healing, self myofascial release techniques, meditative visualization, energy healing, Yoga Nidra, or yin-focused stretches. We have some great restorative props available, but feel free to bring your favorite pillow and blanket for extra coziness (or if class is full). This is a very accessible class for all bodies focused on deeply supported meditative relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable, cozy, clothing (PJs are fine!).
Flow Yoga
Flow—Our signature style. A flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Most importantly, we teach yoga, not just asana, by including guidance into presence and awareness. This class is appropriate for intermediate levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful.
Flow45 is a great lunch break option. Join us for 45 minutes of vinyasa yoga to awaken strength, flexibility, balance, breath, and nervous system recalibration, to help you emerge energetically primed for the rest of your day.
Warm Flow
A warm vinyasa yoga class that focuses on whole body mobility (strength and flexibility) and inspiration for living a life of peace and presence. A great class for athletes of all ages!
