IMPROVE SCHOOL-HOME-LIFE BALANCE - A yoga & mindfulness series designed specifically for kids to teach them life skills to cope with the stress and anxiety of growing up. They will learn how to relax their minds and strengthen their bodies.
Yoga has inspired Gail on many levels for decades and she loves sharing yoga and mindfulness with people of all ages, but there is a special gratitude in sharing yoga with younger people. Gail taught Creative Arts & Kids Yoga for Preschool, Kindergarten, & Middle School classes in Alaska. Gail also has experiencing teaching as a paraprofessional in elementary schools, middle schools & high schools in Colorado, Alaska & in Japan. She has worked w a diverse range of students.
Kids Yoga classes are offered Tuesdays 2:30-3:30. We, also, can (with advanced notice and your permission to the school) do a pick-up of kiddos at May St Elementary, if that helps with your schedule.
