During this 3-Week Journey we will delve into the sacred traditions of meditation and mantra (japa yoga) from both a classical and physiological/health perspective. You will have opportunity to join us for two live online teaching sessions each week (one taught by Stephanie Adams Ruff and one taught by Adi Vajra). Additionally, this Course includes one Flow class each week live-streaming (or in-person) with Stephanie that integrates the teachings into a practice that focuses both on awareness. This course includes 3.5 hours of learning each week. Hours can be attended "live" or you can practice with the recordings.
This course is excellent for expanding your yoga practice into all aspects or your life, as well as, personal development and transformation. Hours devoted are also eligible to be applied to either 200/300/500 teacher training or CEs.
