We have found (after 20 years experience) that, in a small town, it’s often difficult to get enough people who are pregnant at the right time who want to do Prenatal Yoga at the same time. However, when it comes together it is such sweetness and great support.
A pregnant person can do nearly everything in our classes that a non-pregnant person can with just a few modifications. We have a gentle Hatha Flow class on Monday nights and Friday at Noon that is a great, relaxing place to start. We could also set up a private session, so we can teach you to modify in a regular class, if you like. Tuesday and Thursday morning Gentle practices at 10:30 are also classes that are great to attend when pregnant, if you want something even more relaxing.
