Movement

Flow Theory for a Vibrant Life:

At Flow Yoga & Movement, we offer what you need to get more out of life. We all want more of something. What do you want? More energy. More strength. More balance. More results. More community. More support. More courage. Better sleep. Better digestion. And...Less Stress. Less Anxiety.

If you want all of that, Flow Yoga & Movement has created a schedule of classes to give you all of that, and more. Our classes change you at the cellular level - what we offer is proven to give you a more healthy, balanced, and vibrant life.
In our classes, you will get the energy and community vibe of a group practice, with the personal attention of trained and experienced yoga teachers and mind body fitness coaches. We recommend taking two classes for each area of your fitness needs each week:

Cardio: TempoFlow, Strength or Cycle Training (2 times per week)
Strength: TempoFlow, Flow Yoga, Power Flow, or Strength Training (2 times per week)
Flexibility & Life Balance: Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow, TempoFlow, Power Flow, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation (2 times per week)

So, if you choose two of each of these to attend each week, you will be attending 4-6 classes each week. Combine these classes with moving your body in simple ways like walking or playing on your other days, and you will be in the best health of your life! Moving your body in some way each day is optimal for every body.

Strength Classes

Flow Strength classes are unique because we focus on "intelligent intensity" - we don't just work hard, we work smart. Our movement coaches offer options to vary the load and ROM for your body. Using Metabolic Strength Conditioning and RBIT (rest-based interval training) these joint-friendly classes are designed for most levels and body types, with well-trained instructors that can help you modify to increase or decrease the intensity for your body by adjusting load and ROM (range of motion).

Tempo Flow

TFlow combines ballet conditioning, pilates, yoga, and strength training in a fun and accessible way. Exercises are taught to upbeat music. This is a fantastic workout to help strengthen and balance the body while calming the mind.

Cycle Classes

Fun, inspiring, and community-focused classes! We tap into our active energy while group training on a specially designed bike! Great cardio workout and the ultimate workout when paired with our Strength fitness class. Cycle classes at Flow are inspired by the energy of the group and focused on getting you stronger in body, mind and heart, and more effective on your bike and in life. Cycle Classes are 45 minutes Tu/Th 8:15 am, with 55-minute early morning schedule offerings available in the Fall & Winter seasons. Due to Covid, these classes are now taught privately in small groups, generously distanced. Cycle Memberships are sold separately and seasonally (you have one bike assigned to your class time for the season). Unused bikes will be made available to Flow members without an extra charge, but to guarantee your place in class, you can reserve a bike seasonally.
