Molly offers a holistic and comprehensive approach to pain issues called Transformational Pain Relief.

Backed by neuroscience and the latest research, her integrative, mindbody approach is designed to get to the root cause and partner with the organic intelligence of the body that heals and self-organizes. Deeply soothing the nervous system and shifting toward ease is the first step.

Molly brings neurosomatic (mindbody) techniques into her coaching to help each person gain the insight and embodied awareness they need to break the cycle of pain once and for all. She helps demystify symptoms, identify what's needed from a holistic view and build a clear roadmap for genuine relief.

Molly is a practitioner in The Feldenkrais Method® (10+ yrs), received her certification in Zen Shiatsu Therapy and has a background in theater and dance. She is an expert in helping people restore confidence in their body again. "If you're tired of living at the mercy of pain (or treatments for pain) and you want to feel at ease and empowered in your own skin I can help you achieve that."
