We offer private, semi private and group classes at our beautiful bright studio in the HR Heights or at your location:
- Yoga: You can choose more relaxing, energy balancing, or more active practices.
- Dance Fitness/Barre Class
- Meditation/Visualization (classical seated meditation or lying visualization)
- Yoga Nidra (Yoga Nidra is called psychic sleep - it is like a very relaxing lying down meditation, feels a little bit like hypnosis)
- Restorative Yoga (This is very supported, meditative, and relaxing yoga. If onsite at one of the hotels, guests would bring two pillows from their rooms and a towel)
- Dynamic & Deep Stretch (dynamic and passive stretching exercises)
- Guided Walk along the waterfront
- Guided run to one of the coffee shops (coffee break) and back
- Functional Strength & Stretch for Men (all genders welcome!)
- Functional Strength & Stretch
- Office or Chair Yoga
- "Movement at work" workshops that integrate healthy and balancing movement that can be done from a chair and desk.
- Sound Bath/Sound Healing
- We can collaborate with Active Balanced Recovery Center next door to our studio to combine a movement session followed by Sauna/Hot Soak/ Cold Plunge for your group.

Private Session Rates
1 person $100-150
2-3 persons $50-75 each
4-5 persons $40-50 each
6-10 persons $150-200 for the group
11+ persons $180-250 for the group
Ranges are given because rates depend on teacher credentials and experience.
Additional fee may be added for “off site” travel
Additional fee for mat rentals, if off-site
($5/mat and we have a maximum of 10 mats we can bring)
50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Reserve a Day & Time.
