This will be a great time to meet other pregnant moms while you experience the unique practice of prenatal yoga. Classes are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and will include: supportive breath work, empowering movement, a focus on pelvic floor wellbeing, therapeutic stretching, self-myofascial release work, and a deep sense of community.
Classes are Weds 2-3 pm Winter Session: January 11th - March 1st Spring Session: April 5 - May 24th
Cost is $99 for 8 sessions. We cannot offer credits or refunds for missed classes. However, if you deliver, or need to stop coming for medical reasons, we can pause any of your remaining 8 classes until a later date. Click Here to Register
