Embodied Leadership Movement

Show up for each other. Show up for yourself. Maybe, you wouldn’t show up at 6 am for just YOU, but I bet you would if a friend was counting on you! As a leader, if you struggle to consistently show up for yourself, then this program is for YOU.

Join us for a two-month spring commitment program for 20 community leaders to show up for each other to uplevel their lives. 

As people devoted to others, our own self care often gets bypassed. We are creating this circle of community, accountability, support and education to elevate each other and our community. 

Yes, this is professional development but it’s also personal development for body, mind, heart and soul. 

Led By Sarah McDonnell, a wise, inspiring, experienced, successful, and illuminary business owner, mother, friend, movement teacher, and yogi.

Through an integrative blend of vinyasa flow, somatics, movement meditations, and dynamic body weight practices, the Embodied Leadership Movement practice is designed to spark a fire. Move through this just right challenge, while finding new strength, stability, and endurance both in the mental and physical body.  We are dedicated to supporting your endurance and clearing your mind so that you will leave each session feeling strong and empowered. Discover meditation and self-leadership, in motion!

Join us for the opportunity to connect with other leaders (in business and life) to further explore foundational self-leadership skills which allow us to up-level both our personal and professional lives, including but not limited to self awareness, being values-led, maintaining sovereignty, building resilience, and trustworthiness. 

Each one-hour session will begin with an opening meditation/discussion on that week's self leadership topic. This theme will be woven into our moving meditation and embodied movement practice, in order that we may integrate the practices both on and off of our mats. Embodied Leadership Movement participants are invited to join our private Facebook group for further inquiry into each topic. This will be offered as a space to share personal successes and opportunities for growth, connecting us further into the community of leaders in the Gorge.
