Natalya also leads Sound Bath/Sound Healing at Flow the third Sunday of each month:

Sound Bath/Sound Healing (6-7 pm):
Every cell in our body is a sound resonator.
Each cell has a listening device and it responds to vibrational frequencies. Using tuning forks from the Acutonics Healing System, Crystal Tones, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and a gong. The tuning forks may be applied (depending upon the number of participants) to specific acupuncture, acupressure points, and chakras and affect the harmony of the cells, organs, tissues, and energy flow of the body.
Sound Healing works directly with emotions and can liberate blockages, repetitive patterns, reactivity, rigidity, sensitivity, stress, traumas, and stagnation.
Sound Healing can open the doors of perception connecting you with your spiritual essence. Listening is our oldest and most primal sense perception. With sound healing we open our pathways to our hind brain and ancestral templates offering balance an integration to our over stimulated frontal brain.
