• Friday, 12-8 pm - Hands-On Connection & Guidance in Asana $149 - This is an expanded version of the training we've done in the past - a full 7 hours - lots more practice and new assists!
• Saturday, 11-7 pm - Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra (we will discuss Yin, too) $149 - Parasympathetic Nervous System Trifecta and an deeper traditional understanding of Yoga Nidra
• Sunday, 11-7 pm - Yoga Meditation - 12 Traditional Practices $149 - ALL new workshop
