Tommy Jiang
Integrative Healing Practitioner, Hypnotist & Coach

The source of healing can be found within our deepest questions, longings, wounds, desires, and relationships. Tommy’s work helps people turn toward these experiences and discover the deeper intelligence within them.

Tommy offers an integrative approach to healing and personal transformation, drawing from Psychosynthesis, hypnosis, Reiki and energy work, mindfulness, and contemplative practice. Sessions are highly individualized and may move between conversation, guided inner work, hypnosis and deep trance, energy work, and meditation.

His work is rooted in Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal psychology that recognizes that the many dimensions of being—body, emotions, mind, relationships, will, and spiritual life—are all crucial sources of intelligence and healing. Through the work, clients develop a relationship with their own “inner guide” and “higher self,” while cultivating skills in mindfulness at each step of the process. The aim is not only to gain insight, but to develop an increasingly direct and trustworthy relationship with the deeper Self and bring that relationship into the way we live.

We heal to become ever more completely available to ourselves, increase our energy, release unnecessary suffering, and unleash our potential to be a powerful force for change in the world. It’s not about trying harder or pushing more. Healing unfolds naturally as we learn to ask the right questions, seek our deepest truth, and take actions that liberate and direct the energies of the mind. Through greater integration within ourselves, we cultivate real and lasting inner change—and the purposeful change we seek to create in the world begins to flow naturally from who we have become.

Tommy is a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Certified Professional Hypnotist, and Reiki Level II practitioner. His spiritual life and approach to healing are also deeply informed by the study and practice of Vajrayana Buddhism. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), distilling the essential wisdom underlying diverse healing paradigms of Eastern, Western, ecological, and Indigenous traditions and exploring how these ways of knowing can inform an integrated approach to healing and human transformation.

Tommy works with people navigating transitions, relationships, questions of meaning and purpose, persistent emotional or behavioral patterns, and the desire for deeper psychological and spiritual growth. At the heart of the work is an invitation not only to heal what hurts, but to become more fully who we are—and to bring that Self more completely into relationship with the world.
