This retreat is held on Stephanie's 100 year ancestral property in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Skagit Valley. Her Uncle Sunray has transformed this land into a magical experience. Lodging will be in cabins, gypsy wagons and the incredible Garden House created by Sunray's internationally renowned natural building and artistry skills.
Our time together will include yoga practices within an extraordinary yoga studio tree house built in an intentional circle of cedar trees.
Summer is a time to allow yourself to enjoy a great abundance of passion, growth, joy, and peace. The animals, plants, and elements that represent Summer offer us lessons of strength, courage, and pride. Eagle, mountain lion, sunflower, fire, wolf, and bear: Mountain lion full of energy and life and the color of summer; The eagle with her keen sight and wisdom; wolf, loyal to community (the pack); Sunflower looks to the sun; Fire equals energy; Bears mate around solstice time and represent the fertility of summer.
Summer Solstice is a season of fiery transformational transition that is an opportunity to appreciate that where we are at right NOW contains ALL of the ages we’ve ever been. A time to truly acknowledge that YOU are worthy of joy, love and belonging in every season and every moment of your life. A time of connection with energy and mother nature’s bounty of beauty. A time to appreciate all the growth and transitions you have been through and to allow yourself to be happy to now harvest the fruits of your hard work while equally continuing to expand your creativity, connections, and meaning in life.

Pricing includes lodging, yoga and other activities, and light breakfast and lunch (dinners will be on your own for your greatest flexibility in terms of your unique dietary needs and tastes - we will recommend some great places in town or you can prepare your dinner in the outdoor kitchen).

All will share the indoor toilets and kitchen in the Garden Home, as well as outdoor, composting toilets and outdoor shower and bath house. The rustic nature of Sunray Shire property is not for everyone but those who are looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy some whimsical creations will not be disappointed.

- If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the retreat start date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded to you.
- If you cancel your reservation 30-90 days before the retreat start date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be placed on a credit for Flow Studio, valid for two years.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your arrival date, no refund or credit will be issued. However, your space can be transferable to another interested person.
