PEAK FLOW has evolved over many years through exploration of holistic wellbeing, human performance, and traditional Eastern practices. As a bodyworker, movement teacher, and watersport athlete, Amanda’s experiences have guided her to create sessions for her clients that stimulate and support ultimate human performance, with focused intentions surrounding physical, mental, and emotional harmony. After thorough research and integration of the arts, Amanda now offers the Hood River community an influenced style of massage, mindfulness, and movement. She combines diverse practices including Thai massage, biomechanics, and breathwork that assist in the maintenance needed to live a life of vitality and joy. By attuning to the needs of the body, and utilizing techniques that encourage systemic recovery, each session will enhance PEAK performance and provide access to FLOW state.
