Partner Yoga & Massage

An inspiring way to connect with a friend, family member, or partner through yoga and some basic Thai massage techniques. This workshop is designed with a creative sequence of mutually beneficial partner poses and stretches.  Your partner can be anyone that you want to share more quality time with. Communication is also vital for Partner yoga and Thai massage.  Partner Yoga and learning basic Thai massage techniques is fun and is intended to accentuate all your relations with more love, compassion, kindness, understanding, and strength.

An afternoon of shared presence, movement, and relaxation.
Spend the day together in a joyful blend of Partner Yoga and Partner Massage—a full-hearted retreat designed to renew body, mind, and relationship. Begin with playful, grounding yoga to open the body and breath, then enjoy an immersive massage experience to restore calm and connection.
Leave feeling relaxed, centered, and more deeply attuned to one another.
Healthy snack, tea, and all props included.

Partner Massage Workshop 2:30–5:00 p.m
Relax, receive, and give from the heart.
Learn simple, soothing techniques you can use at home to help one another unwind. Guided by Gail, an experienced bodyworker, you’ll be introduced to safe and nurturing touch practices designed to release tension, deepen communication, and strengthen your bond.
Clothes stay on—this is a restorative, connection-based workshop for all couples or close friends. Optional essential oils and props provided.
