Its been so uplifting and heart-warming to share movement and yoga with friends near and far livestream from the comfort and privacy of your homes.
Here is how you can set yourself up to easily pre-register for upcoming classes:
1) Sign-Up or Sign-In:
New? If you are new to Flow (have not taken classes with us in the last two years), please click here to get started:

Returning Student? If you have been to Flow in the last couple years, click here to register for a class:

Troubleshooting password problems:
- Login with your member login (your email) and password (if you do not remember you password, click "forgot password" and check your email to reset your password).
- Sometimes the reset password email will go to spam/junk folders, check there.
-If the "Change Password" process fails and you get a message that says "Student Was Not Updated", please email [email protected], so she can reset the password for you.
2) Book Your Class:
1) Go to "Schedule" and “Book” the class you are interested in (be careful to choose “Online” if you want to be sent a link for live-streaming or to be sent a recording link - good for up to 3 days after class concludes).
2) Choose the membership you are interested in:
- Unlimited memberships are ALL ACCESS to in-person, live-streaming and also recorded classes.
If you don't have an active membership right now, you may want to consider:
For Live-streaming Classes: Check Your Email and Click the Link to join 5 minutes prior!
* Karmasoft generates an email to your registered email account and sends you a confirmation (usually within a few minutes) with a Zoom link to the class you have registered for. Simply click the link 10 minutes before your class begins, if you are using a computer.
* If you are using a phone or tablet, you may be prompted to download the Zoom app to access the class, so it is a good idea to download this app ahead of time (so you are not frustrated right before class with becoming acquainted to this technology).
