Troubleshooting password problems: - Login with your member login (your email) and password (if you do not remember you password, click "forgot password" and check your email to reset your password). - Sometimes the reset password email will go to spam/junk folders, check there. -If the "Change Password" process fails and you get a message that says "Student Was Not Updated", please email [email protected], so she can reset the password for you.
2) Book Your Class:
1) Go to "Schedule" and “Book” the class you are interested in (be careful to choose “Online” if you want to be sent a link for live-streaming or to be sent a recording link - good for up to 3 days after class concludes). 2) Choose the membership you are interested in: - Unlimited memberships are ALL ACCESS to in-person, live-streaming and also recorded classes. If you don't have an active membership right now, you may want to consider:
For Live-streaming Classes: Check Your Email and Click the Link to join 5 minutes prior! * Karmasoft generates an email to your registered email account and sends you a confirmation (usually within a few minutes) with a Zoom link to the class you have registered for. Simply click the link 10 minutes before your class begins, if you are using a computer. * If you are using a phone or tablet, you may be prompted to download the Zoom app to access the class, so it is a good idea to download this app ahead of time (so you are not frustrated right before class with becoming acquainted to this technology).
