Croatia Yacht Retreat

August 28 - September 4, 2027
(optional 3-Day Dubrovnik Resort add-on would make departure Sept 7th)

Yoga, Satsang, Community, Island Hopping + the Dalmatian Coast

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey along Croatia’s breathtaking Dalmatian Coast, traveling by private yacht from Trogir to Dubrovnik through sunlit islands, historic harbor towns, turquoise swim coves, national parks, and ancient stone cities.

Our home for the week is M/S Splendid, a beautiful Croatian yacht with en-suite cabins, spacious deck areas, outdoor dining, and plenty of room to rest, practice, connect, and take in the Adriatic Sea.

This retreat blends daily yoga, satsang, yoga nidra, swimming, island exploring, local culture, shared meals, and spacious personal time. Each day offers a rhythm of movement, nourishment, adventure, and rest.

A Typical Day Onboard
We begin the morning with an asana practice on deck, followed by breakfast and time to cruise through the islands. Satsang may be offered during our cruising time, with space for reflection, conversation, and community. Days often include a swim stop in the Adriatic, lunch onboard, and an afternoon or evening excursion in port. Evenings are yours to explore local restaurants and seaside towns, with one special dinner together onboard in a quiet bay.

Daily Rhythm - relaxed and nourishing:
7:00–8:00 am — Morning Asana Practice
8:00–9:00 am — Breakfast onboard
Morning — Cruising, satsang, conversation, rest, or deck time
Late Morning — Swim stop in the Adriatic
12:00 or 1:00 pm — Lunch onboard
Afternoon — Daily excursion and time off the boat
Evening — Dinner on your own in port, except for one special onboard dinner evening in a quiet bay
Evening Yoga Nidra/Satsang - Just one or two evenings, on a day we get an earlier start for our excursions.

Satsang may happen during cruising time, on the deck, in a shaded harbor, or woven into the rhythm of the day depending on our route and timing.
Breakfast (with tea and coffee), Lunch, and one Dinner are included in Retreat pricing.

Retreat Route
We depart from Trogir, a beautifully preserved UNESCO-listed historic town closer to the Split Airport. Arrive a day or two early to wander the narrow stone streets, stroll the seaside promenade, visit charming cafés and local shops, or climb the bell tower for sweeping views before we board the yacht. Trogir offers a graceful first glimpse into Croatia’s layered history, coastal beauty, and old-world Adriatic charm.

Day 1: Trogir to Bol

We board at 1 pm on Saturday August 28th. Our first island stop brings us to Bol on Brač Island, home to the famous Zlatni Rat, also known as Golden Horn Beach. This iconic stretch of shoreline reaches into the clear turquoise sea, creating one of Croatia’s most breathtaking coastal landscapes. Depending on timing and sea conditions, we may enjoy this spectacular beach near sunset or gather there the next morning for a peaceful guided meditation by the water.
Day 2: Omiš
Omiš is where river, canyon, and sea meet in a dramatic and unforgettable landscape. Framed by rugged cliffs and the mouth of the Cetina River, this historic coastal town carries the stories of medieval pirates, stone fortresses, sandy beaches, and winding old streets. With our limited time here, guests can enjoy a beautiful, spacious visit: wander the old town, take in the canyon views, walk along the river or beach, and experience the rare feeling of standing where freshwater, mountain stone, and Adriatic blue all come together.
Day 3: Vis + Blue Cave
On Vis, we plan to dock near Komiža, a picturesque fishing village known for its stone houses, relaxed harbor, and timeless seaside beauty. Guests may enjoy a scenic coastal hike close to the harbor, with sweeping views of the island’s rugged shoreline and quiet Adriatic horizon. The next morning, guests may have the option to visit the Blue Cave by short guided boat tour* before we continue our journey.
Day 4: Hvar
Hvar is one of Croatia’s most celebrated islands, known for sunshine, beauty, history, and vibrant island life. We’ll have the option to hike to Španjola Fortress for panoramic views over Hvar Town, the harbor, and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Afterwards, there will be free time to explore the historic streets, swim, shop, linger along the waterfront, and enjoy the island’s lively yet timeless atmosphere.
Day 5: Korčula
Korčula is a jewel of the Dalmatian coast, with a medieval Old Town, narrow cobblestone streets, Gothic-Renaissance architecture, local olive oils, artisan shops, and a warm island atmosphere. Often associated with Marco Polo, Korčula invites slow wandering, cultural discovery, and a sense of stepping into another time. An optional walking tour* is highly recommended for those who want to deepen their experience of the island’s history and beauty.
Day 6: Mljet National Park
Mljet is our wellness and nature day. This lush island paradise is known for peaceful saltwater lakes, forested trails, kayaking*, biking*, swimming, and St. Mary’s Island with its historic monastery. The rhythm here is quieter and more spacious, inviting us to move gently, breathe deeply, and settle into the natural beauty of the island. We’ll anchor in a quiet bay and enjoy a special onboard dinner together.
Day 7: Dubrovnik
Our journey concludes in Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic. We’ll explore the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, with its limestone streets, ancient gates, red-roofed architecture, and breathtaking views of the sea. Dubrovnik port does require water taxis and Uber* back to boat. Guests will have the option to walk the famous city walls, which stretch approximately 1,940 meters and offer spectacular panoramic views over the Old Town and Adriatic.

* Tours, taxis, and bike or kayak rentals are optional and require an additional fee.
Water taxis into Dubrovnik are included. Uber/taxi back to the boat is not included since many will want to explore on their own and return at varied times to the ship our last evening.
Final route and daily excursions may shift based on weather, sea conditions, harbor logistics, and captain guidance.

What Makes This Retreat Special
This is not a cruise. This is a private yacht for our yoga community group.
It is a week of practice, presence, beauty, and meaningful connection.

You will wake to the sea, practice yoga on deck, swim in the Adriatic, explore ancient towns, hike to panoramic views, wander medieval streets, share satsang while cruising between islands, and experience Croatia from the water in a way that feels intimate, spacious, and unforgettable.

This retreat is for travelers who love yoga, movement, beauty, culture, nature, community, and the freedom of following the rhythm of the sea.
