1) THRIVE BREATH SERIES Whether you've been: -holding your breath because of our tumultuous times; -stopped breathing because you're so busy or anxious; -can't find your breath because trauma has left an imprint on how you breathe; -or never learned how to breath; this class is for you. Thrive classes will progressively expand your lung capacity, free up your diaphragm, teach you how to be more efficient with your breath and give you a new "breath on life". We will learn six different breathing practices: Yogic Breathing, Breathing Coordination, Buteyko Breathing (mini breath holds), Coherent Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, and the Wim Hof method. By the end we will thread all of these practices together in a beautiful symphony of breath. Natalya also integrates simple opening stretches and different hand mudras to direct our energy. Once we finish we can continue together into the New Year with the 20 day challenge to see how Breath can change your life and give you a new resource. This class will be live-streamed only so we can BE together without masks on. 2) HIMALAYAN BREATHWORK Join Nikol and Randy on a journey into the energetic world of yogic breathwork in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition. These millenia old practices of pranayama and breath kriya will invigorate our essential energy as well as lead us to places of profound inner stillness. No previous experience with breathwork or Kriya is necessary. If you are pregnant, or have known respiratory issues, please check with Nikol and Randy to find out if this class is appropriate for you. Cost: $30 Offered the first Sunday of each month 4-6 pm.
3) LIMB 4: PRANAYAMA & KOSHAS Limb 4: Pranayama & Koshas delves into both the sacred traditions of breathwork and the subtle energy bodies (koshas) and also modern science (Breath book by James Nestor recommended). Join us for two Live online teaching sessions each week (one taught by Steph and one by Adi). Additionally, this Course includes one Flow class each week live-streaming with Steph that integrates the teachings into a practice that focuses both on psychological and kinesthetic awareness. This course includes 4.3 hours of learning each week. Hours can be attended "live" or you can watch the recordings. This course is excellent for expanding your yoga practice into all aspects or your life, as well as, personal development and transformation.
