We recommend taking two classes for each area of your fitness needs each week:
Cardio: Barre, Circuit or Cycle Training (2 times per week) Strength: Barre, Flow Yoga, V2, or Circuit Training (2 times per week) Flexibility & Life Balance: Flow Yoga, Align Flow, Gentle Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for 50+ (2 times per week)
So, if you choose two of these to attend each week, you will be attending 4-6 classes each week. Combine these classes with moving your body in simple ways like walking or playing on your other days, and you will be in the best health of your life!
