About the Instructors:
Emily Dalosfoist began teaching yoga in early 2010. She is fascinated with the human body and unique beauty of each individual that steps into her class. In her own practice she has experienced the deeply profound impact that yoga can have on her wellbeing, as well as, the ripples it creates off the mat. After teaching her first class and bearing witness to the incredible beauty and truth that came to light in each yogi as they moved and breathed, I was totally hooked and hungry to infuse yoga into every aspect of my life. Since 2010, she has completed multiple CE courses, coached teacher trainings, and am an E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and now teaches yoga full time.
Colin Hogan has been teaching since 2010, exploring the flow of vinyasa, the patience of heath and the depth of restorative practices. She is humbled by what her practice has to offer both on and off the mat and continually intrude by the synchronicity of each! She is passionate about teaching safety and quality in movement – particularly fascinated with anatomy and how our bodies move through asana. She has studied with Ellen Heed and Julie Gudmestad to further her yoga anatomy knowledge. She has also lead many teacher trainings and programs designed to deepen the student’ understanding of the practice. Enjoys studying with Sarah Ivanhoe, Kia Miller, and Kathryn Budig.
