Snow Conditioning Class!

Its back! That time of year when we start winding down from summer and we begin looking for our Fall / Winter activities. Start your ski season off right and injury free by x-training ahead of time!

Wednesdays 5-6pm
Starting October 1st!

Taught by Endurance Athlete, Erin Solveig, this proactive prehabilitative training session includes: cardiovascular, strength, and dynamic stretching specifically designed to prepare your body for all snow sports. These classes will help you to activate the desired muscle groups while strengthening in sound alignment. If you are willing to push your thresholds you can improve endurance, strength, and flexibility just in time for the fresh powder days.

On the Spin Bikes, Stairs, and in the main studio with weights: 

  • Diverse dynamic and plyometric movements for core, knees, glutes, & thighs
  • Core, shoulder and wrist strengthening and stabilizing exercises
  • High intensity (HIIT, Tabata) intervals that are designed to give you a super effective full body workout in just an hour!
** Come with Tennis shoes – we will be using the spin bikes and exploring HIIT training on the stairs so shoes are desirable.
