All packages with 5 or more persons will have an 18%
gratuity added upon checkout
Cancellations and no-shows affect us significantly (especially for packages), so please, a 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated for single services. For all spa packages we require 48 hour cancellation notice and all services must be guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate number. If you are unable to give the neccessary notice, you will be charged a 50% fee. No shows will be charged 100%. Thank you for your consideration of these policies.
