3-Day Foundations: Jaya Yoga Teacher Training

This 3-Day Training is the Foundation into learning a dynamic style of hatha/vinyasa that focuses on sustainability and prehabilitation AND an in-depth experience of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.  You will learn how energy flows in the body to naturally align in yoga asana. This approach will help your body to return to its natural vitality and form. Jaya Yoga is sustainable vinyasa yoga — a vinyasa yoga approach that is uniquely grounded in preventing yoga injury.

We offer this 3-Day Foundation so that you can meet your potential teachers and get a deep sense and feeling for what this style and approach is founded upon. If your heart is inspired toward the Jaya Yoga path, you can choose to enter either at the 200-hour or 500-hour level (if you already have your RYT 200). If you’d like to hear directly from students who have trained with Adi and Stephanie at the 200-hour level, click here for their experience.

This program is a Yoga Alliance-approved 200-Hour Teacher Training. You may follow the links to read more about the Jaya Yoga Program,  see our RYT 200 Training Schedule, and learn a bit about the Trainers.  You may also find any of our currently scheduled workshops and retreats on our Master Events Calendar.

“Our inspiration is to share Yoga in ways that are meaningful to you energetically and spiritually. Jaya Yoga is also uniquely grounded in preventing yoga injuries so that you can continue your practice for the rest of your life – we approach yoga not from what’s trendy, but from what’s sacred, sustainable, and revolutionary.” —-
