<h3>Flow Community’s 10-Week Lifestyle Empowerment Program is offered in the spring and fall each year:</h3>
<p> To support you in developing new lifestyle habits and thought patterns, this program includes:</p>
<p>• 12 weeks of unlimited classes at Flow (incl specific class recommendations for your goals),<br />• 5-8 educational/experiential workshops/support meetings<br />• Weekly ongoing email support from your assigned Coach</p>
<p>10 Weeks Program Price $347 (PIF or $50 deposit* plus AD at $99/mo)<br />Plus 3 private sessions – $497 (PIF or $200 deposit plus AD at $99/mo)<br />Plus 5 private sessions – $597 (PIF or $300 deposit plus AD at $99/mo)<br />Plus 10 private sessions – $847 (PIF or $550 deposit plus AD at $99/mo)<br />Plus 20 private sessions – $1297 (PIF or $1000 deposit plus AD at $99/mo)<br />*all deposits are non-refundable          AD=auto-deduct</p>
<p>Private sessions are 45-60 minutes with an expert in an area where you may need support including personal training/fitness, nutrition, private yoga, skin care/esthetics, massage, life coaching, tri/bicycle/running coaching, and spirituality/heart opening.  Specialty private sessions in physical therapy, yoga therapy, and parenting by connection are also available.</p>
<p>We will come together in team support for group educational meetings/workshops 5-8 times during our 10 week program.  Meetings will provide an opportunity for listening/support, as well as educational/experiential learning in body alignment/postural assessment/biomechanics, holistic nutrition, eating, and shopping, stress reduction, behavioral modification/inspiring yourself to meet your goals, an experiential, personalized Yoga Q&amp;A, and more.</p>
<p>Finally, just after our initial meeting, you will be assigned an email Coach (specific to your goals &amp; requests) that will provide you with ongoing support during the 10 week program.  You will check-in a minimum of once a week with your Coach for ongoing program evaluation, accountability, and support.</p>

<p>Stephanie has 20 plus years experience in training teachers and trainers in yoga and fitness.  Her expertise includes yoga postural alignment, strength, cardiovascular training, biomechanics, flexibility, and nutrition, and also behavioral accountability.  Many of us know WHAT to do, but we dont always really want to do it consistently enough to make real and lasting life changes. Sessions with Steph can include private yoga, personal training, nutrition, yoga philosophy, and making life changes/identifying core fears.</p>
<h5>  Patti Boyd, ACE PT, RYT 200, and all around outdoor and fitness enthusiast</h5>
<p>Patti specializes in teaching yoga, running, swimming, cycling, resistance training, and TRX suspension training. She can help you in setting goals, creating a realistic schedule for committing to your wellness, and help you to stay on track! Whether you are new to exercise, have specific fitness goals, or are an athlete wanting to to take it to the next level, Patti can help you to meet your goals!</p>
<h5>Angela Favre NASM PT/Fitness Nutrition Coach/Chef</h5>
<p>The Laws of Success include Possession, Effort, Consistency and Self-Efficacy. Angela will guide you through your fitness and nutrition program with education and accountability. Whether you are just getting starting, not seeing results, having difficulty sticking to your program, are a weekend warrior, athlete, or suffering from an injury, Angela can provide you with the tools you need for success. Angela is also available to counsel in nutrition and provide in home kitchen make overs and private cooking demonstrations.  </p>
<h5><strong>Marge Gale, Running/Cycling Coach</strong></h5>
<p><strong></strong>Marge has been a runner and road cyclist for over 30 years.  She has experience racing in both fields from short distance all the way to Ironman distance.  In addition to personal experience, her expertise comes from training with talented athletes. Marge looks forward to assisting you in reaching any running and cycling goals you may have whether you want to get fit, stay fit, relieve stress, get out of an exercise rut, or enter a race!  Her expertise can help you with technique, training plans and the motivation to keep it fun!  <strong></strong></p>
<h5><strong>Mary Lively, Esthetician</strong></h5>
<p>Initial consultation plus treatment-focused facial (60-75 minutes), combined with a natural mineral make-up makeover at the end of the program (for your AFTER picture!). Over 18 years experience specializing in health and wellness of the skin.  Mary also specializes in waxing, microdermabrasion, and resurfacing treatments as well as recommending appropriate at-home care. Both of these treatments (facial and mineral make-up makeover) need to be used to combine together payment for a total cost of two sessions (normal value for both $110 or more).</p>
<h5><strong>Tish Parmenter CN, NTP – Nutritional Therapist</strong></h5>
<p>Tish has over 14 years of experience helping individuals identify, understand, and support their body’s individual relationship with food.  Working with the understanding that we are all bio-individuals and using a comprehensive nutritional evaluation as well as a 45 minute personal consultation, we’ll get to the root cause of any symptoms you are experiencing and develop a plan to get you back on the path of optimal health.   From cooking and eating with intention, to tailored plans to support a specific diagnosis or symptom, nutritional therapy is for everyone who eats!</p>
<h5><strong>Tim Saur – Health Coach, PT</strong></h5>
<p>Tim’s coaching approach focuses on intently listening and developing a personal and unique program for each person he works with. This approach combines nutrition and exercise with guidance in other important areas such as relationships  and career. </p>
<h5><strong>Alexis Vaughan, LMT &amp; Molly Almquist, LMT - Swedish Relaxation Massage</strong></h5>
<p>A rhythmic full body light to deep pressure massage with the intention of promoting well-being by increasing circulation,  loosening tight muscles, and relaxing the mind and body for overall stress reduction.</p>

<p>Do you crave sweets?  Do you have low energy in the middle of the day?  If so, this workshop led by Health Coach Tim Saur will be a turning point in your life. You will leave this class understanding the causes of your sugar cravings and you’ll receive practical tools for dealing with them.It’s not about deprivation, but about freedom – to eat foods you love and have sweetness in your life without the side effects or the guilt.</p>

<p>It is important to give our bodies proactive attention in an effort to prevent injury. <p>Please join Health Coach Tim Saur as he leads us in a workshop called &#8220;Sugar Blues&#8221;. This class was designed to permanently change your relationship with sugar. You will leave this class understanding the causes of your sugar cravings and you’ll receive practical tools for dealing with them.<br /> <br />It’s not about deprivation. It’s about freedom – the freedom to eat foods you love and have sweetness in your life without the side effects or the guilt.</p>

<p>Our FLOW30X Contest is a commitment to exercising everyday for a minimum of 30  days to see big results. This incentive program is offered in January of each year.</p>
<h3>It’s the consistency of doing exercise that produces big results.</h3>
<p>We challenge you to attend a minimum of 30 classes in 30 days (if you miss a day, you can double up the next day and do cycle and yoga, or yoga and fly, or Cycle and Fusion or ?). This produces amazing results for anyone interested in participating and seeing it through.</p>

<h3>This program was inspired by one of our members committed to come to Flow every day and lost over 50 pounds, has kept if off by continuing to be a regular class attendee, and the strength and definition in her body are amazing. Additionally, she is more relaxed and content with her life.</h3>
<p>Since this is a big challenge, each year we offer prizes to our biggest winners that have included things, in the past, like gift certificates from Plenty, Solstice restaurant, a Dakine luggage set, massage, scalp massage and hair style, chiropractic sessions, make-up makeover, and a gift certificate to the Flow Retail Boutique.</p>
<p>Each year, we are looking for a few more prizes… if anyone wants to donate.</p>
<p><strong>How to Participate? </strong> If you are interested in participating, simply make sure you sign in for every class you attend beginning January and ending March. If you make 30 classes within 30 consecutive days, you WILL win a prize. At the end of March, please just email us at flowyoga@gorge.net with the following information:  your name and the dates of your 30 days.  We will verify through our records that you attended 30 or more classes in those 30 days, and let you know your prize. </p>
<p>The best way to participate in this contest is to come to a variety of classes and teachers so that you are cross-training the body and offering your mindbody a diversity of joyful ways to move the body.  This is a great opportunity to more fully explore ALL Flow community has to offer!  If you want to challenge yourself for a longer period of 40, 50, 60 or 90 classes in 40, 50, 60 or 90 days, we will support you, and the person who attends the most classes within the most consecutive days will have first pick from the most valuable prize donated.  Of course, the best prize of all will be feeling better and establishing a regular habit of daily exercise.</p>

<p><strong>TU, TH &#8211; 5:30 pm BASIC CYCLE &amp; 6:15 pm FUNCTIONAL FLY</strong> &#8211; Have you ever been more intimidated than curious about the cycle and fly classes?  If so, these are the classes for YOU!   Learn the fundamentals of these highly beneficial classes.  Basic Cycle is a great cardio class for beginners that incorporates bike fit and comfort, innovative HIIT training, and hill climbing techniques.  Fly class uses gravity and your body weight to customize intensity.  Fxl Fly is a low-impact, beginner Fly class taught by Alex Vaughan (a highly-edcuated massage therapist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher).  Alex breaks down these functional moves with modifications and teaches you exactly how to find the right intensity for you. The TRX trainer naturally encourages your body to move as it was meant to, from the core.</p>
<p><strong>TUES &#8211; ACTIVE INTENTIONS KIDS CLASSES</strong> &#8211; Alex Evans fuses the best of hatha yoga, martial arts, and PLAY into 45 minutes of fun and fitness!  These classes naturally incorporate character education and stress reduction. <br />Tuesdays &#8211; Ages 4-7 2:45-3:30 pm <br />Thursdays &#8211; Ages 7+ 3:30-4:15 pm</p>
<p><strong>SAT &#8211; 12:15 &#8211; BABY &amp; ME YOGA</strong> &#8211; A supportive class for new moms and/or dads and their pre-crawling infants.  Registered yoga teacher, Jaime Main, who is also trained in pre and postnatal yoga, teaches this fun, laid-back, and inspiring class.  Show up as you are and let this sacred space hold you and your new baby in Love.</p>
