Chocolate Cake Sutra Intensive Looking for motivation to practice several days in a row and bring more awareness, attention and presence to your life? July 7-11, Monday-Friday, from 6-9 am, Stephanie and Sybil will be leading 3-hour morning practices for all levels. Each day will focus on a theme to inspire growth and transformation. $95 Early Bird (paid prior to June 27th), or $115, if paid after that date. NO EVENING CLASSES THIS FRIDAY, JULY 4TH - JOIN US FOR FIRST FRIDAY 6-8 pm - we'll have music and refreshments!	You can now register for classes online - go to our online class scheduler below and create your user name and password. Once on mindbody scheduler, click on "classes" tab to sign-up. Reserve and/or pay for classes online today!! >> It is advisable to register for Cycle classes if you would like to secure your space. If you forget to cancel your spot in a timely manner, you will be charged for that class. If you sign-up and dont show on a regular basis, you will lose the ability to pre-register.
