This beginner friendly class is a playful interaction of movement, touch, and special bonding time. Babies enjoy yoga on their backs, tummies, or in your loving arms while parents strengthen the core, leg, and arm muscles while playing with baby.
Enjoy yoga designed for new mothers and their readapting bodies, as well as, guest workshops to build additional support and community around the joys and challenges of being a new parent.
The Instructor, Hannah J Freeman, is a new mother herself as well as a local Doula, Yoga Instructor and Certified Holistic Health Coach.
