Come check-out our NEW Flow class 8am Sunday mornings with Emma-Rose. Due to 930 Sun Flow crowds, we added this second class - come early and beat the crowd. YOGAFIT KIDS classes July 1– Aug 15th Tues/Thurs 9am &/or Sun 930am 6-wk KIDS PASS $75 drop-ins: $10/class/child or $5/class w/adult FLOW STROLLER FIT July 1- August 7 Weds & Fri 9:30-10:45 6 Weeks/12 sessions $95 10-class pckge or $15 drop-in Friday, July 24th 7-9 pm Jody offers a 2-hour Deeper Flow class integrating yogic practices to more deeply discover brahmacharya.
